HAPPY MONDAY!

Today’s scriptures are about the participation of Holy Spirit. Where would we be without the Holy Spirit? I can honestly say that I have no clue, and I’m not trying to find out. The Holy Spirit is such a vital part of our life, because we can’t do anything righteously without Him. He’s the Holy Spirit of God, which is given to us when we are “born again”. The book of Acts explains when the Disciples were first baptized with the Holy Spirit. Peter explained it to the people of Jerusalem, he said: Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, ‘John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?” (Acts 11: 16-17) The Holy Spirit lives in every believer, but unfortunately, we don’t use Him to our advantage, and often ignore His small still voice.

I cannot express how important the Holy Spirit is. We wouldn’t make a portion of the mistakes we make, if we listened to the warnings of the Holy Spirit. We could accomplish much more if we follow His instructions. We could be ten times stronger, if we seek His strength. We could be wiser, if we ask Him to show us the ways of God, and actually listen. I can vouch for this, as I’m sure allot of you can. I couldn’t tell you have many times I’ve known the right way to go, and clearly heard the Holy Spirit’s warnings, but chose my flesh over the Spirit. I also recall the times where I’ve been in the dark, and attempted to figure things out on my own. I thought deeply for days, or maybe even months, thinking I can overcome it alone, but all I had to do was ask Him for help. The answers were right in front of me the entire time. God gave us His Holy Spirit, which is a part of Him, so that life could be much more peaceful for the believer.

The Holy Spirit has so many different functions in our life, which is wonderful for us, because we truly have God leading us every step of the way. To constantly communicate with the Holy Spirit, is to communicate and fellowship with God; remember that’s a part of why we’re here. We’re lead by the Holy Spirit, filled with the Holy Spirit, taught by the Holy Spirit, and connected to God through the Holy Spirit. We pray by the Spirit, and He even speaks to God, through us, in our own unique language, which is called “speaking in tongues”. There are times when we’re overwhelmed with emotions, and we forget to pray for the things, or people, that need prayer, so we must consult with the Holy Spirit in prayer. This is as important as asking for things in Jesus’ Name, because the Trinity of God works together, to help us live in abundance.

When we’re filled with the Holy Spirit, we’re filled with a spirit of meekness, humility, thanksgiving, and righteousness, because all of these things come from Christ. It’s written: Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. (Romans 5:1-5 NIV) All failures in life occur when we lose hope in the promises of God. This life is a fight to the end, and the minute we stop fighting, we’re defeated and broken. We have the Holy Spirit so that this will never happen, but we must invite Him to be a part of our everyday life.

If you don’t know Jesus as Lord, then you don’t have the Holy Spirit. Life with an active relationship with the Holy Spirit is much more rewarding, because you begin to actively work toward righteous and keeping God’s commandments. I can remember being in a place where my soul hungered to be right, and do right by God, but I just kept making the same wrong mistakes. To be honest with you, I sometimes still find myself in that place, but I understand now that all I need to do is seek God’s face through the Holy Spirit, and He’ll show me the way. Before I learned that, I lived in anguish. If you are at that point in your life, ask your Holy Spirit to show you the way. When you come to a fork in the road, ask Him which way to go. When you’re confused, ask Him for clarity, and when your heart is heavy ask Him to help you lighten the load. The first step is salvation through Christ, and the Holy Spirit will come. Today's scripture are about our reconciliation by God, through Christ. Jesus said: "I and My Father are one.” (John 10:30), and He meant that literally. We know from the beginning there was God, and with God was the Word, and the Word was Jesus Christ (John 1:1). The Holy Spirit was also there, which made up the Trinity of God. Salvation and truth is given and maintained through this trinity, which is why Jesus commanded: "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matt 25:18-20) Baptism symbolizes dying to our old sinful self, being buried, washed of all sins, and resurrected with Christ, becoming a new person.

No one really knows why God operates the way that He does, or why salvation is necessary. Things as complicated and deep as these will be revealed to us when we get to Heaven. Right now, we know the truth lies in His Word, salvation lies in His blood, and reconciliation is for each believer. God came to earth, in human form, as Jesus Christ, in order to bring us, His own creation, back to Him. We were once separated by sin, but He's taken care of that, once and for all. The moment we accept this Salvation, that's offered to all who believes, we're one with Him. There are some awesome things going on inside of us, which gives us the power to live above the world. We're kings and queens through Christ, and nothing on this earth have total control over us.

This reminds me of the story of Paul and the deadly viper. Paul was on the Island of Malta, on a cold and rainy night, so he built a fire to help him and his men keep warm. It's written: Paul gathered a pile of brushwood and, as he put it on the fire, a viper, driven out by the heat, fastened itself on his hand. When the islanders saw the snake hanging from his hand, they said to each other, "This man must be a murderer; for though he escaped from the sea, Justice has not allowed him to live." But Paul shook the snake off into the fire and suffered no ill effects. The people expected him to swell up or suddenly fall dead, but after waiting a long time and seeing nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and said he was a god. (Acts 28:3-6) Paul had just escaped death on the sea a day before this, and now he was bitten by a deadly viper, and still didn't die, all He did was shake that snake off, and kept moving as if nothing had happened. Paul knew how to work is faith. He knew that God had a journey for him to complete, and it wasn't yet time for him to die, so by faith, and faith alone, he survived all that was thrown at him. Paul understood his power through Christ, because he had grown to love and worship the Lord, and the Lord only. He had no fear of anything or anyone, because he knew that God had made him a promise, and revealed Himself to him, because he sought Him, and was obedient to His will.

Paul wasn't always a man of this much faith, actually, he persecuted Christians at one time, but God worked in him, and he was reconciled. God took a once sinful and wicked man, and made him a Saint. This was possible because of Paul's complete surrender to the Lord. God still does that today, in the lives of millions of Christians, including me, and most of you reading this message. He lives and breathes through us; similar to the way He did through Paul, Peter, John, Timothy, Andrew, and the many other disciples. He uses us to be Shepherds and "fishers of men" (Matt. 4:16). Paul faced storms and vipers of all types, but he knew the truth, and lived by that, and that alone.

Try to picture your heart in a Spiritual aspect. Not the literal organ, but the Spirit, or the core of your being, which is responsible for your very life. Think of Jesus Christ, and the power He posses; He was beaten and killed, but in the same week used His own power to be resurrected into full glory, and still lives today. Think of the Holy Spirit, and His ability to speak to and through us, planting seeds of growth and prosperity in our very Spirit. Now, think of God - the Creator of the entire Universe, ruler of all things, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. Think of the power He possesses - He made earth, wind, and fire; the sun, clouds, and rain. He who tells the water of the ocean where to stop, so it won't overtake the earth, and most importantly He made man in His own image. Our minds can't begin to fathom the enormity that is the Holy Trinity, and the power He holds.

All of this power, from God our Heavenly Father, is on inside of you and me. He waits to hear from us, and concerns Himself with all aspects our life. He cares when we're happy or sad, joyful, or afraid. He's there when we call upon Him just to talk, or when we're in extreme need. He gives us power when we call on Him, by the Name of Jesus Christ, to move any mountain that's in our path. Yes the same God - the Creator of the earth, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

If you haven't confessed Jesus as Lord and Savior, then you don't have access to this power, not until you say that prayer. You’re of the world, and covered in sin, which if isn’t taken care of, will eventually consume you to death. Salvation is free to anyone who asks, no matter what. Pray and ask Jesus to come into your life as Lord and Savior, if you haven't done it already. If you're not sure where you stand, then take a few moments to take the God Quiz today! HAPPY WEDNESDAY!

Today's scriptures are about the proceeding of the Holy Spirit, after Jesus’ resurrection. We're each taught that when we accept Jesus as Lord and Savior we receive the Holy Spirit. To commemorate our Salvation, we're to be baptized by water, in the Name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, to represent the cleansing of our sins. If you’re a new believer, what does all of this mean to you? The fact is that you're now a chosen Child of God, who has been given many gifts, including the gift of eternal life. What do you do in the meantime? You are washed with the blood of Jesus, and through Him you are made righteous, but God begins a transformation from your inside out. You're blessed with His Holy Spirit, who helps you make that transformation smoothly, and guides you along the way.
There is only one God, but He's broken up into the Trinity of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Which all existed from the beginning of time. I was talking to a friend last night, and John 1 was brought up, this amazes me because the scriptures that were quoted, are so relevant to today's devotional (that's an example of how the Holy Spirit works!). It's written: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. (John 1:1-5) Jesus was the Word in the flesh, and He makes it possible for us to become children of God, after we were separated by the sin of Adam and Eve, in the Garden of Eden. Jesus is the light to an otherwise dark sinful world, and His Holy Spirit is the lamp to our path. Before Jesus was crucified He left us with this: “If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you." (John 14:15-18) Jesus said, "I will come to you", because He and the Holy Spirit were both one with God from the beginning of time. It's written: Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness…” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. (Gen 1:26-7)
The Holy Spirit is as important to our life as Jesus, because He dwells in us, and helps us in every aspect. He's in our heart speaking to, and through, us all the time, even in our sleep. He searches our heart and helps us prays to God. He even prays through us, in a special language [which we call "speaking in tongues], that only He and God understand. He's that small still voice that tells us which way to go, in order to stay on the path of righteousness. Yet, He's also that sometimes-loud booming voice, which openly warns us against evil. He's that gut feel we get when faced with a tough decision, and He's our conscious and convicts us when we've sinned. He's our translator when we read the Holy Bible, and He's the reason it comes to life and pierces our heart. He's the author of these devotionals, because ask Him to use me, and write through me each day. I could go on and on about Who He is, and what He does for us on a daily basis, but I think you get the picture.
Invite the Holy Spirit to be a part of your everyday life, because that's what's required to stay in tuned with Him. When you awake, ask Him to lead you on the path of righteousness for that day, pick up the Word of God, and ask for clarity and instructions as you read. When you sin and feel conviction thank Him, confess those sins to God and repent. When you see someone that looks like they need a Word from the Lord, ask Him to Speak through you, to give them what God intended them to have. Each person who has confessed Jesus as Lord and Savior has these abilities so take advantage of them. Each day I strive to be a better person, and to strengthen my relationship with God, so I pray without ceasing, and consult my Holy Spirit throughout the day. That's all it takes to consistently grow in the Lord, as He intends for you to do.
If you don't know Jesus as Lord and Savior, then your journey must start there. Pray and confess your sins to God, and ask Jesus to come into your heart as Lord and Savior, and once that heart felt prayer is complete, you'll be blessed with the gift of the Holy Spirit. From there, find a church home, and be baptized as commanded by the Lord. Follow the bible as laid out for you, with the help of the Holy Spirit’s presence, it worked for me. Learn how to speak in tongues, to help you further feel the Holy Spirit’s presence; it works for me. My favorite verse today is: Hereby know we that we dwell in him and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. (1 John 4:13)

I pray all is well with everyone, and you're enjoying the beginning of another workweek (for most). I had a wonderful weekend, I embarked on a new journey in my ministry, and I learned a lot. I describe this step as "jumping into a cold pool". Have you ever been swimming, and you eased in the water, bit by bit? You start off with a toe, then eventually with the whole foot, etc., that way is safe, but it's more painful than just jumping in. I had been dipping my foot in the water, and then taking it out for a long time, so this time I was lead to go for it, and I jumped in. I had that immediate shock at the beginning, but as I got into it, and moved around in the water, it got better, and I felt more comfortable. Is there a cold pool in your life, something that you've been called to do, but you been sitting on the edge, too afraid to get in? Well I urge you to just jump in! You do have to be careful not to jump in with your eyes close, because you might hurt yourself, but pray for God's guidance, and once He gives you the green light, go for it. Take my word for it it's worth it! Enjoy the remainder of your day, and be blessed family!

Today's scriptures are about respecting the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a “person” of the Trinity of God. When we think of God the Father, we think of the Creator of all things, the Almighty, All-powerful, Sovereign God. We know that He loves us, and we pray to, and fellowship with, Him on a daily basis. Then we think about God the Son, and we know the “Christmas story”, that God’s Spirit impregnated the Virgin Mary, and she gave birth to Jesus. He grew up like any other normal child, then as an Adult He traveled into far countries, taught the word of God, performed miraculous wonders, and died for the sin of all mankind. After His death, He was resurrected, and now sits in Heaven, at the right hand of God, making intercession for us. That’s two parts of the Trinity, but what’s the other? The third and final part is the Holy Spirit. He is just as important and relevant as the Father and the Son, yet we don’t respect as we do the others. Yes, there’s still One God, and One Savior Jesus Christ, but there’s also One Holy Spirit, and they all work together.
Yesterday we celebrated Pentecost, which observes the day God’s Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus’ Disciples, after His ascension into Heaven. In the Book of Acts, which is also know as “the Acts of the Holy Spirit”, Luke starts off with a conversation between Jesus and His disciples, after His resurrection, but before His ascension. Jesus said to them: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit." (Acts 1:4-5 NIV) Luke goes on to give an account of when the Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples in the next chapter. It’s written: When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. (Acts 2:1-4) During all of this commotion, people started to surround the house to see what was going on. When they saw them acting so strangely, they thought they were drunk, but Peter stood before the crowd and explained what was happening (Acts 2:14-41). He went through different accounts of this very moment being prophesied throughout history, and how important that day was. It’s written: Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call." (Acts 2:38:39)
Now are you convinced that the Holy Spirit is as important as Jesus Himself? He’s been gifted to us; God loved us enough to give us a part of Him, to live inside of us, and help us face everyday life. The Holy Spirit seals our covenant with God. Jesus made it possible for us to live all eternity in Heaven, and the Holy Spirit makes it possible to live in abundance here on earth. He makes sure we’re following God’s will for our life, yet He also commands respect. He’s a part of God, so we’re required to love Him with all of our heart as well. He’s responsible for telling us, “this is the way walk in it”, and He’s expecting us to listen. He helps us know what to pray for, and how to pray (Romans 8:26). He convicts us of our sins, so that we could quickly repent, and our peace be restored. Through Him we can heal the sick, prophecy, and so much more. I heard one of Dr. Stanley’s teachings on the Holy Spirit, and He pointed out that we sometimes refer to the Holy Spirit as an “it” and not a “Him”, and I was immediately convicted, because I did that. Nonetheless, the Holy Spirit is very much a “person” of the Trinity of God.
We grieve the Holy Spirit when we don’t acknowledge His presence, consult Him on everyday things, nor thank Him for His assistance. If you know you haven’t been in touch with the Holy Spirit as much as you should, ask Him to walk with you today. He’s waiting on you to call on His Name, and He’ll be there. He right in your heart if you’ve confessed Jesus as Lord and Savior, He’s been there all along. If you haven’t confessed Jesus as Lord, then as soon as you take that very important step, you’ll received His Holy Spirit. It may not be as dramatic as the day of Pentecost, but you’ll notice a huge difference. I can testify, because the Holy Spirit brings you this message through me, each and every day, without Him it would not be possible. If you’re not sure of your salvation take the God quiz today! (Ephesians 1:13-14)

Today's scriptures are about our Spiritual Enhancement and Enrichment. Where would we be without the Trinity of God? God loves us so much that He's given us every tool we'll need to have life in abundance. The Holy Spirit is meant to enhance our ability to effectively communicate with God. He allows us to speak to others in the Spirit, as well as read and understand the Word of God. Before we're saved, we're in the natural; however, the saving grace of God, through the blood of Jesus, opened a new world to us. It's written: But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. (1 Cor. 2:14) The word Enhance is defined: to raise to a higher degree; intensify; magnify. Enrich is defined: To make fuller, more meaningful, or more rewarding, or to supply with abundance of anything desirable. Jesus enriches our life, and gives us the Holy Spirit to enhance it. The word "quicken", which is defined: to revive; restore life to, is used in the King James Version (KJV) of the bible, to describe the Holy Spirit's role in our life. The Holy Spirit is like the underdog of the Trinity in the world. We hear more about Jesus and God, who are in fact the most important aspect of our Salvation, but without the Holy Spirit we wouldn't be able to adequately live everyday life. Sometimes I go through days, or weeks, and wonder how I made it through. Now that I'm writing a book, I go back through my older devotionals and am amazed that I wrote some of them. As I've grown older, and become more mature in my spirit, I've become more relaxed, wise, and loving. I attribute all of these things to the Holy Spirit who quickens and enhances my life everyday. He does the same for you, but you must be aware of His presence, and invite Him into every part of your life. He’s known as a Gentleman, and isn’t a demon who will possess, or take over your body. He's been sent to help. The Spirit of the Lord is all around us, yet we're in the flesh, so how does the two connect? I attended the drama presentation a few months ago, and the theme was "Serving 2 Masters: God or the world?" The world has a way of separating us from the Spirit, and even with the His enhancement we still get caught up. The play was based on 1 John 2:15-17: Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. Now you may be wondering what this has to do with Spiritual enhancement, (just as I was when the Spirit brought it up), but it has a lot to do with it. We're always taught to love God, avoid sin, and follow His will, but numerous people are left wondering how to do that. The simplest answer is to put God first. That way you won’t fall victim to the evils of the world, and will be able to fully communicate with your Holy Spirit, who in turn, connects you with God. You're required to seek the answers to all of the questions you have, and not just succumb to temptations. It's not as hard as it seems, but it takes effort and discipline on your part, which is not a lot to ask, when you think of how much He's given us. God will literally hold our hand and lead us through life. His hand is constantly extended, all we have to do is reach out and grab it and hold on tight. If you don't have Jesus in your life then His hand is out of your reach, until you pray and ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior, and admit that you're a sinner. Once He lives in your heart, the only time you'll fall is if you willingly let go of God's hand. When you do fall, confess your sins and ask for forgiveness, and He'll reach out and pick you up again. The Holy Spirit will help you every step of the way. My favorite verse today is: I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me. (Psalms 119:93)

HAPPY TUESDAY!

I pray all is well with everyone, and you're enjoying another hot summer day. I'm not complaining about the weather, it's very beautiful outside, however this morning I was dreading the winter months. I am never satisfied, I'm learning how to take things one day at a time, here I am fretting about winter, when we’re just in the second day of summer, Father forgive me. I am looking forward to the weekend; hopefully I'll make it down to see my father. I need to get some work done to my truck, please pray that it's nothing serious. I'm having an overall wonderful day, feeling a lot better than yesterday, I pray you have a wonderful day as well. I love you as God loves me!

Today's scriptures are about the Holy Spirit. I used to refer to the Holy Spirit as an "It", until I read Dr. Stanley's teaching on the Holy Spirit. I always realized that "He" is another part of God, a real being that lives in us, but I still referred to Him in that way. A lot of us tend to think of the Holy Spirit as a tool, instead of a part of the Holy Trinity, that’s equal to God the Father, and Jesus the Son. Some of us don't think of the Holy Spirit at all, or refer to Him as your conscience. Conscience is defined: The awareness of a moral or ethical aspect to one's conduct together with the urge to prefer right over wrong. Doesn't that sound familiar? That is partially who the Holy Spirit is, and part what He does. It's written in John 14:26: But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. The Holy Spirit is multifaceted, and He helps us through everyday life. Not only is He our conscience, but He also speaks to us from God, and speaks to God for us. Romans 8:26-27 says: Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. He comforts us when we're weak, and leads us when we're lost. He is a very important help in need, and it's because of the blood of Jesus that we're fortunate enough to have this very important Helper. I couldn't imagine my life without the Holy Spirit, because He saves me from a lot of heartache and pain. He's constantly speaking to me, almost like the warning lights in our car. We must be in tune with Him in order to read those signs, and take heed of them. There are times when I'm just stressed out, and feeling overwhelmed, and He's right there to help me. Have you ever felt too tired to pray? Have you ever felt like God isn't listening, or you lost your connection with Him? Some days I could feel the presence of God in everything I do, it's like He's walking next to me, with His arm around my shoulder, and that gives me warmth. Other times I feel cold like He's departed from me, you ever feel like that? I've read several Psalms and other books in the bible regarding that feeling, so I know I'm not the only one. When I feel that way, I get down on my knees, and cry out to my Holy Spirit and ask Him to talk to God for me. The Holy Spirit will talk to God through me, in unknown tongues, and I sometimes feel like I'm having this out of body experience, because I take on this entire new voice and language. I could tell that It's not just gibberish begin spoken, the Holy Spirit literally talks to God for me, and I always get up from my knees feeling light, fresh, and renewed. I feel like the things that were weighing so heavy on my heart had been personally delivered to God. He also writes these devotionals, some of it comes from me, but most of it comes from Him. There are times when I'm writing, and I'm thinking to myself "this makes no sense", but when I go back to proof read it makes perfect sense. Would you believe that as I'm teaching you, the Spirit is teaching me? I learn something new from each devotional I write, this is how I know it's the Spirit doing the work. I often recall things from the devotionals, as if I didn't write them, almost like when I proofread it's the first time I'm hearing it. When I study the Word at night, I'm often lead to scriptures that helps me in the next day's teachings, these are all works of the Holy Spirit. I am Saundra, a sinner, and a very imperfect person, but through Christ I am made righteous, and I have the Holy Spirit teaching, leading, and guiding me everyday, and so do you. Last night, and this morning, I was lead to read Proverbs 8, which teaches us the "Excellence of Wisdom", the Holy Spirit is wisdom. He's also referred to as a "Gentleman", the verse that confirms that for me is verse 17: I love those who love me, and those who seek me diligently will find me. God is a loving, kind, and graceful God, He's not into making us do anything we don't want to do, so the Helper is always there whenever we need Him, but He's not forced upon us. The Holy Spirit could help us heal the sick, uplift the grieved, teach the foolish, understand the word, love unconditionally, help the helpless, and He seals us with the complete Trinity, so we could follow God's will for our lives. Please be aware of Him for it's written in Ephesians 4:30: And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. If you've never accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then you don't have the Holy Spirit, so if you sometimes feel hollow inside, like something is missing, go to God and ask that Jesus come into your heart as your Lord and Savior, and confess your sins, and then the Holy Spirit is a guaranteed part of this awesome experience we call life. He's waiting on you. My favorite verse today is: The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. (Romans 15:13)
